Vision Therapist/ Certified Paraoptometric Assistant
Mateen Sidiq graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2011 receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance. He studied to be a Physical Education teacher. During the summers, Mateen assisted Dr. Kelly with Vision Therapy sessions. Mateen has a quite unique story in that he was a patient of Dr. Kelly since he was in 10th grade. He originally had three Strabismus surgeries before enrolling in Dr. Kelly’s Vision Therapy Program. Dr. Kelly helped Mateen through high school and college. After graduating from college, Mateen assists Dr. Kelly in Vision Therapy Department. He works with a variety of patients and enjoys it every day. His vision background has been very helpful in teaching others with tracking and focusing problems.
Cindy Johnson is a resident of Madison with her husband, two boys, and one precious baby girl! She loves spending time with her family and enjoys photography. Cindy had 17 years of experience in the optometry field when she started with Dr. Kelly. She has been with Kelly Vision Center for almost 5 years. Cindy is a vibrant, fun-loving person and she brings lots of laughs to the office.
Patrick Kelly graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry Cellular and Molecular Biology. He is Dr. Marie Kelly's son and Dr. Daniel Kelly's brother. He enjoys being on the lake with family and friends and likes to cook. Patrick played soccer for Hendersonville High School and received a scholarship to play at the University of Memphis where he played for 1 year before transferring to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He has been with Kelly Vision Center for nearly 3 years.
Darbi Hannah started here at Kelly Vision Center in October of 2016. She will be the first smiling face you see when you come into our office! Darbi recently received her CPC-A in medical coding and graduated from Nashville College of Medical Careers. She lives in Madison with her husband of 20 years and their daughter. Darbi enjoys watching her daughter play sports, going to the gun range, and eating!
Chelsey Peek started working with Kelly Vision Center in February of 2017. She is a resident of Hendersonville, and recently married her high school sweetheart, Christian, in July of 2017. Chelsey also has her real estate license and spends some of her free time selling homes! She enjoys spending time with her family, and dog, Ryder.
Chelsey Bunch resides in Hermitage with her boyfriend, Edward, and three beautiful children. She enjoys spending time with her family at the ball field and the park. Chelsey recently received her certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from Nashville College of Medical Careers. Chelsey has been apart of the Kelly Vision Center family for 6 months now.
Optometric Assistant (Seasonal)
Anna Williams currently attends Austin Peay State University where she studies nursing. She plans on graduating in May of 2018. Anna's story is also quite unique in that her grandmother and mother have worked for Kelly Vision Center for 20+ years each. Anna enjoys being on the farm, hunting, cooking, and spending time with her 3 cats and dog, Max. She has been a seasonal employee for Kelly Vision Center for 3 years now.
